In addition to her private client practice, Priscilla has significant experience advising entrepreneurial and business-owning families whose commercial interests span multiple jurisdictions. Her work has involved assisting families with the legal and structural aspects of operating, owning and governing diverse business interests across Central Asia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and Europe.

She has worked closely with families whose assets and enterprises include operating companies, investment vehicles, real estate holdings, family offices, intellectual property assets, private investments and cultural assets. Many of these structures involve Singapore-based holding companies serving as regional or global holding platforms for underlying businesses and investments located across multiple jurisdictions.

Her advisory work frequently requires coordination with local counsel, tax advisers, trustees, fund managers and other professional advisers to ensure that corporate structures, ownership arrangements and governance frameworks are aligned with both commercial objectives and long-term succession planning goals. This includes advising on shareholder arrangements, governance structures, succession planning for family-owned businesses, asset-holding structures and the interaction between operating businesses and family wealth structures.

Priscilla’s approach is focused on creating practical and robust structures that balance legal certainty, regulatory compliance, commercial realities and the long-term preservation of family wealth.

She works closely with trustees, family offices, fund managers, accountants and other advisers to ensure that legal structures operate effectively within a broader wealth management and governance framework.
She is a Singapore-qualified lawyer and holds a Diploma in International Trust Management, bringing both legal and fiduciary perspectives to the design and implementation of complex corporate and private wealth structures.
